Newsletter / Mailing List Management:
Create as many lists as you want to keep in touch with your various contacts. With the ability of multiple lists, you can create a list for clients or prospects which will allow you to tailor your message to meet their needs. Each list utilizes it's own template that is customizable to effectively target each individual audience.
Auto responder Management:
Maintaining contact with potential clients and even existing ones is extremely important. With the Auto responder Management System, you can effectively create customized messages that are sent to the subscriber after a set amount of time following their subscription. Automating this process saves you time and money, all while maintaining the important contact with contacts.
Subscriber Management:
Effectively maintain your contact list of subscribers. You can add, edit and delete contacts as well as import your own existing list into the system. You also have the ability to export the list on contacts in the system to use in your other contact management applications. Each contact is unique and responds to different messages. With the E-Campaign Manager you can specify a specific template for an individual subscriber.
Message Management:
Broadcasting your message has never been easier. With the message management system, you are able to create a single message and broadcast it to multiple lists. Utilizing a complete web-based HTML editor, you can effectively create your message by uploading and inserting images, adding emphasis to your wording through text decorations like bolding, and even preview your message prior to sending. As you preview the message, you even have the option to send a test message to the email address of your choice and using the template of your choice to ensure that the message will be received properly. Once your message is ready to broadcast, you have the option to save the message for later, broadcast the message immediately or schedule the broadcast for a specific date and time.
Message Statistics:
Enable the 'Read/Open Tracking' and/or 'Link Tracking' in your messages and you will be able to see who has viewed your message, what links they have clicked on and more. This allows you to see how effective your message has been and to see what types of responses you receive.
Bounce Management:
The system also incorporates a complete bounce management application that processes any bounced subscribers. If a subscribers email address has bounced more than a specified amount, the system automatically switches the status of the user to dormant. Once this occurs, the user will no longer receive any broadcasted messages, however, three sequential auto responders are added to the message queue, each scheduled a week apart. The messages are simply reminders for the user to notify them that their account has been disabled and provides them with a link to reactivate their subscription. If the user does not respond by the deadline date, their account is completely removed from the system. This ensures that the system is not being slowed down by invalid subscriptions.
Message Queue Management:
Have full control over the items that are sent to the message queue. Maintain scheduled messages, messages that have had errors, or simply process items currently in the queue.
Template Management:
The Template Manager allows you to create, modify and remove your own templates. Each template is HTML based as the system utilizes it's automated HTML to Text converter to create the multi-format messages at broadcast time.
